PM Vishwakarma Yojana (Loan of ₹3 lakh for artisans)

•This scheme is for people engaged in traditional crafts (such as carpenters, blacksmiths, goldsmiths, tailors, etc.). It provides direct cash benefits and training.

Main Benefits:

₹15,000 Free Toolkit: The government provides an e-voucher of ₹15,000 to purchase tools.

Loan up to ₹3 Lakhs: A collateral-free loan of up to ₹3 lakhs at a 5% interest rate.

Training with Stipend: A daily stipend of ₹500 is provided during the training period.

Certificate: An official certificate and ID card from the government recognizing you as a 'Vishwakarma'.

Who is eligible?

People engaged in 18 types of traditional occupations (such as masons, barbers, washermen, cobblers, doll makers, etc.).

The applicant must be over 18 years of age.

2. Internship Scheme

•This is the newest and trendiest scheme for young people. It offers the opportunity to intern at the country's top 500 companies.

Key Benefits:

₹5,000 per month: Financial assistance of ₹5,000 credited to the student's account every month.

₹6,000 one-time assistance: An additional support of ₹6,000 at the start of the internship.

Experience in large companies: 12 months of training in major companies like Tata and Reliance.

Eligibility:

Age should be between 21 and 24 years.

Students who have passed 10th, 12th, or ITI/Diploma/Graduation.

Family's annual income should not exceed ₹8 lakhs.
